SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Andros Wear. Below you’ll find important information about order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If we experience a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated transit times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Carrier Delays

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Andros Wear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are not responsible for packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.

 

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or local fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s customs authority.

Andros Wear is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and determine appropriate next steps.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
