Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We stand behind our product. You may try your first pair, and if you're not satisfied within 30 days, you can request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • First-time customers may return one opened and worn item per order.
  • Any additional items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be requested before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

  • More than one opened item per order
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Bundle pricing (e.g., Triple Sets and Seven Sets) are not considered a sale. These items remain eligible under our standard return policy.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or color, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must remain in the same condition received unless eligible under our first-order trial return policy.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
